WELL - Women Educators Leading Learning is for professional women looking to enter, develop and accelerate their careers as public school educational administrators.

If you want to advance and excel in a leadership role, we’re here to help with transformative, career-shaping events and programs. We hold an Annual Conference, facilitate academic Book Clubs, organize timely, topical meet-ups for current issues, and run a Career Coaching Program.

We are also running a series of BOOK TALK events, each with a special guest – the author, giving a talk on their book and research. See the upcoming BOOK TALK events below and purchase tickets in advance.

WELL Events:

The WELLNE Teen Leadership Conference empowers young women to lead with confidence, courage, and collaboration. This day will provide you with tools, experiences, and opportunities you'll need to grow as leaders in your schools and communities -- now and beyond high school.

There are only 100 spaces available. Participants must be high school juniors or seniors ready to challenge themselves to be our future leaders. While this conference focuses on young women leaders, it is open to all. If you secure a spot, we'll send you a follow-up confirmation email with a form to choose your breakout sessions for the day as well as a permission form from your parents/guardians.
