Leadership can be deeply rewarding and unique for women, requiring specific types of growth and support in professional development. In particular, women leaders need “safe (to and from) space” to speak their truths, learn from one another, and build a collective capacity to thrive in the face of the unique challenges ahead.
WELLNE Coaching Groups are designed to be such a place and provide a trusted “3rd space”, away from home and work, where women in education leadership can connect, reflect, and grow alongside peers.
This is not traditional coaching. Instead, we have designed a “horizontal coaching” model, shown to be more effective for women leaders than traditional hierarchical coaching and/or mentoring. By bringing together a diverse group of women leaders across the stages of their career, we will build a community that:
Empowers women to make the choice to pursue and thrive in the education leadership, whatever that looks like for them
Supports one another through decisions related to different aspects of our work including those related to one’s own trajectory.
Shares resources and provide support and “critical friend” feedback for one another as we pursue our individual and collective professional endeavors
Develops a network of fellowship and camaraderie with like-minded professionals
Over eight (2-hour) online sessions over the course of the year, members will:
explore an anchor text focused on leadership, professional growth, or navigating complex leadership dynamics
share insights, ask questions, and support one another in a confidential and supportive setting
when possible, work with the author directly or other guests to dive deeper into the issues
reflect on leadership challenges in real time
build meaningful professional connections with other women leaders
gain perspective and advice from peers and an experienced facilitator
develop strategies for career growth and long-term leadership success
Coaching Groups
are how we
“Go to the Well” to
replenish & grow…

EDUCATION LEADERSHIP & POLICY EXCHANGE
‘THE EXCHANGE’
New Hampshire school leaders today are navigating an increasingly complex policy landscape.
The Education Leadership & Policy Exchange is designed to give district leaders the clarity, context, and confidence they need to stay informed about current legislation and effectively communicate with their boards and communities. Designed for busy central office leaders, ‘The Exchange’ delivers the policy insight, practical resources, and trusted network needed to stay ahead of legislation—so leaders can confidently guide conversations with boards and communities without spending hours tracking policy changes themselves.
Through this opportunity, participants will work with a New Hampshire policy expert dedicated to our members who will guide the group through key developments in New Hampshire legislation, translating complex policy into clear, actionable insight for education leaders.
When you register for The Education Leadership & Policy Exchange, you will have exclusive access to:
Clear, timely briefings on relevant legislation affecting schools
Concise fact sheets and resource documents that can be shared with boards, staff, and community members about critical legislation and its impact on schools
Expert interpretation of policy developments, helping leaders understand implications for their districts
Professional forums to discuss emerging issues with peers and think strategically about leadership responses:
Weekly Zoom meetings November - May
4 additional breakout Zoom sessions offered per month for specific bills, based on member needs (e.g. a particularly critical bill may need dedicated sessions, or several bills might need to be discussed with rural schools specifically)
Registration for "‘THE EXCHANGE’ will be Coming Soon!
